There are as many recipes for German Sausage as there are Germans. Our recipe was developed and passed down from the Gil Michlitch family and is unique to the Michlitch Company. Our blend is packaged with a whey powder binder It can be used to make a smoked or fresh product. The nitrite cure is packaged separately. This package seasons 50 lbs of meat.
