Steam or grill a Hot Beer Sausage. Toast the bun, then slather it with good brown mustard and a nice sprinkling of onions. Lay some mustard greens over all and nestle a hot sizzling sausage right on top. This is not your typical Hot Dog! You can slice it thin for a great sandwich or cut it into thicker pieces with crackers for a snack. Delicious!
