This seasoning will process 25 pounds of meat, into a great tasting jerky. Use solid pieces of meat, free from fat and cut thin. Complete instructions come with each package.
Ingredients: Cajun Seasoning(garlic, salt, paprika, spices, onion, red pepper, sunflower oil) salt, garlic powder, hickory smoke flavoring. (maltodextrin and silicon dioxide)
Cure ingredients: salt, sodium nitrite, propylene glycol, sodium bicarbonate, red #3.
