This pre-mixed blend of seasonings, and cure contains all of the ingredients for five (5) gallons of brine for making the very best corned beef. Make your own! It is easy, it is fun, and it tastes so good! The brisket is the most common cut of beef to use for this, but any lean cut will work. Soak meat in brine for approximately seven (7) days under refrigeration. Serve with cabbage and new red potatoes. Yum! Yum!
