Thuringer (Wild Game)

A smoked sausages named for the former German region of Thuringia.  Although the traditional meats used are beef or pork or a mixture of both, our Thuringer seasoning is heavily laced with garlic, coriander and marjoram and is especially formulated to be used with wild game meats.  Linked for a bun or stuffed into a chub for sandwiches,   This package will make 25 pounds of sausage.
